pandoc-crossref needs to be updated

Using pandoc/latex:3.9.0.2-ubuntu I get:

WARNING: pandoc-crossref was compiled with pandoc 3.8.3 but is being run through 3.9.0.2. This is not supported. Strange things may (and likely will) happen silently.

I get a similar warning an 3.10:
