[OCISDEV-967] Vault Mode: User doesn't get notification in vault mode when someone shares a resource from vault

Describe the bug

In Vault mode, the user doesn't get a notification when receiving a share from Vault or when added to a safe-space.

User can only see the notification he/she gets form the Drive mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a file drive-file.txt in Drive
2. Share the file drive-file.txt to user einstein
3. Change to Vault mode
4. Create a file vault-file.txt in Vault.
5. Share the file vault-file.txt to user einstein

As user einstein

1. Login
2. In Drive mode einstein gets 1 notification Admin Admin shared drive-file.txt with you
3. Change to Vault mode.
4. Check the notification
5. User has the same notification Admin Admin shared drive-file.txt with you

Expected behavior

User should get the notification related to the vault only, i.e., Admin Admin shared vault-file.txt with you

Actual behavior

User don't get the notification related to vault.

Setup

- Web version: 12.4.0
- oCIS version: 8.1.0-rc-1
- browser:

OCIS_XXX=somevalue
OCIS_YYY=somevalue
PROXY_XXX=somevalue

This has been fixed and tested. So, closing this issue.
