Description
In the Spaces section, hiding disabled spaces unless "Include Disabled" is manually enabled is expected behavior for a single space. However, the Delete option still appears when a disabled space is selected, even though that space remains hidden in the UI. This creates confusion because users cannot clearly see which space is currently being targeted for deletion.
Impact
This can lead to confusion and potential accidental deletion of unintended spaces due to lack of visibility of the selected item.
Expected Result
One of the following behaviors should occur:
Option 1 (Preferred)
- Do not display the Delete action while the disabled space is hidden by the current filter settings.
- Display the Delete action only when the selected disabled space is visible in the list.
Option 2
- Automatically enable the Include Disabled filter after a space is disabled.
- This ensures that the disabled space remains visible and users can clearly see which space is selected for deletion.
Which spaces are selected for deletion? selected spaces are not shown in body
The delete message dialog does not clearly indicate which spaces is selected for deletion for multiple selection.
