Compillation with macports

I had to run this to get this to work with MacPorts, since a portfile doesn't exist yet for this. (MacPorts uses the install prefix of /opt/local. )

Maybe CMakeLists.txt should have option(BUILD_TESTING "enable build testing" OFF) set so that compilation works with defaults?

I've tweaked the port, and the tests should now build. (Please check if they do build for you!) They don't pass though.
