as i am a clojure weenie and am looking at potentially delurking at an algorave jam i might need this. will take a look at how hard it is today. at work i’ve gone from JNI to Panama so skipped JNA completely. :/)

ok i have something working but I needed to move both Link and its ASIO module dependency to HEAD.

i think homebrew moved from /opt/local hence why i now need to namecheck in the includes

ok so I needed to take the latest tech.jna and then upgrade the libraries within it, build myself a snapshot of that then use it to back ableton-link. I then needed to patch ableton_link to use the new tech.v3.jna namespace and to look for the library in the right location. that... just didn't seem to work. i had to move the dylib to the cwd to get it to be found. this is good enough for me to sync i think, but probably not a suitable patch. let me know if you think it's worth me doing the work to push this upstream, as both this and tech.jna seem fairly abandonware (no judgement here! clj is getting more and more niche...). I'm probably not helping myself by running Java 23. if i find myself doing this as more than a one-off I'll put more thought into it (perhaps fork this and replace the abandoned JNA with coffi or similar, as I don't care about early Java compatibility).

@pete23 I am very interested in using this on apple silicone computers, and Windows machines. I think this repo may be almost abandoned, but if you have a fork or something I'd be happy to collaborate into getting this updated.
