Refactor Environment Configuration #307

@CharlieWells13

Description

@CharlieWells13

Currently

On a standard laptop screen, a user has to scroll down when on the environment config screen, leading to an unsavory user experience. Also, there are small QOL issues such as the incredibly janky time of day selector and the fact that there is no default selection for options set in, leading to a crash later on.

Description

Refactor the environment config screen to be more user friendly, and add more location options

Acceptance Criteria

  • User does not have to scroll to access/see any config options
  • Time of day selector is refactored to a simple hour/min/seconds selector instead of the janky clock thing
  • At least 5 new locations besides Chicago O'Hare are added with proper geographic coordinates
  • All config options have a default value plugged in (ex: wind speed has a reasonable default instead of being blank)
