I arrived here because I was trying to figure out how to listen to my own audio through headphones, while also streaming the same audio. By default in Sunshine, as soon as a stream starts, the audio is streamed but is no longer output through the default audio device. I got through all the steps of setting up a virtual audio device in PipeWire, before realizing that the So, I literally just set the audio output back to my headphones in GNOME sound settings and voila, I was both streaming and listening at the same time, with no extra configuration needed. Maybe it should have been obvious to me but I did not expect this behavior. After all, the video output is run to both stream and loopback by default, whereas that is not the case for audio. |

Can Sunshine duplicate audio during a stream so that it plays on my TV while also being audible through my PC’s headphones?
