Possible bug or need of improvement - PageSpeed Insights complains about empty links on the modal

Even with HideFromBots active when passing my website in pagespeed insights the links on the modal are getting picked up to tracking.

Also, why the need to add empty links to create spaces on the cm__link-group? why not just add gap between them?
Empty link are always a bad choice in html, and check on html semantic will allways complain, messing the total score of the website.

My bad, i didnt had noticed i could control the html added to the footer of the modal.
