Required permissions for non-root user to access "files descriptors" metrics in namedprocess_namegroup_open_filedesc (systemd service, not Docker)

I would like to know which permissions a non-root user needs to access the "file descriptors" (the metric: namedprocess_namegroup_open_filedesc) when using the exporter as a systemd service (not in Docker).

What are the minimal rights/permissions that should be granted to the user running the exporter to allow access to file descriptor information of other processes?
