Create .htaccess does not work

The issue is generated as follows:

• Right mouse click on the Yii2 project name in the Projects panel.
• Selecting Yii2 from the menu
• One sub item is shown labeled "Create .htaccess"
• Clicking on the "Create .htaccess", generates the following alert's message:

Error: webroot directory does not exist.

I'm Using the second release of the plugin in NetBeans 8.0.2 64 bit (using 32 bit mode) on Windows7 and the Yii2 Advanced project.

My implementations may be also old because I implemented this plugin long ago.
