Add the ability to attach files to a component within a project

This relates to one of the first feature requests on Vulcan: #133

It would be great to be able to either:

• Attach/edit a full inspec.yml file with inputs defined within it to a component
• or, create key:value pairs per component that could be included in the InSpec project export (in the inspec.yml file)

It's nice that a component can be exported as an InSpec project, but it comes with an empty inspec.yml file. For automated testing of Vulcan controls, it would be nice to have some pre-defined values attached to each component in the project.
