[Grouped Window List] Icons of updated apps shown outside of GWL in current session

Bug description

I have some apps/icons in GWL, for example Firefox. If Firefox gets updated and I open it afterwards, the window in the taskbar appears besides GWL. See screenshots below:

Normal behaviour

After an update

Right now I have 3 options:

1. Right click the loose app icon and say "Pin to panel"
2. Restart cinnamon
3. Log out/in of session

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

Maybe GWL can recognize, if an app icon was updated and integrate it again?
