Can I mention my fork in issues, which has been addressed in my fork?

I made LibreTube fork: FlexTube.

My question is simple: can I mention my fork with link to repository? I believe its good to let people know about LibreTube-like app with features they need.

This question addressed to Bnyro and other project holders and other project maintainers.

Notable issues which FlexTube fixes:

Interesting, just learned about your fork!

Since your fork is just a soft fork (i.e. it only patches some specific parts of the app), I'm fine if you mention your fork under related issues.
