Feature Idea: TTS improvements with a controller.

When you start the TTS would be awesome with this improvement:

Show a controler menu to be able to pause the speech, re-take, change the speed or the voice speech or type (male, female, and so). Also would be awesome to see where is speech reading, like go highlighting with a yellow background or something the word it is reading by (or something similiar). I think it wouldn't be hard to implement

It does have such a menu. It's the button with the headphones icon at the end of the navbar, when you hover or tap on the bottom of the page.

As for highlighting, see #1311 (comment).

Thats true, there is a menu but i cant see any option that say something like highlighting reading but I'll do that you wrote in ln the linked comment.
