design-control-loop vs build-iterated-agentic-loop?

Is design-control-loop a superset of build-iterated-agentic-loop or? I don't really get the difference.

Also a suggestion, it would be better (for me at least) to avoid control-theory jargon, because not all devs had exposure to automation theory.
Maybe:

• Set point -> Target or Goal
• Sensor -> Checker or Scanner
• Controller -> Picker or Selector or Prioritizer
• Actuator -> Agent or Fixer? tho agent feels natural choice here
• Disturbance -> Drift
• Dampener -> Regression gate or Regression prevention or Ratchet
