PaaS D9 - Behat test - unable to execute

Scenario:
Create a new project using ahoy init paas 9
execute ahoy test-beaht

./vendor/bin/govcms-behat: line 9: /app/tests/vendor/bin/behat: No such file or directory

Incorrect behat script path in govcms-beaht.

GovCMS distro have a separate composer.json for the tests so for SaaS and SaaS plus the same scaffold is working but not for PaaS.
