request: convenience function to return the absolute coordinates of a point

It would be helpful if there was a function that returned the absolute values for geo_types::Point.

To clarify, do you mean something like this?:

let point = point(x: 1, y: -2)

assert_eq!(point.abs(), point(x: 1, y: 2))

Yeah, exactly. While its trivial to make my own function for it I think it would be nice to have it built in
