Species list download option shows only the old GBIF backbone taxonKey instead of the XRCoL identifier

When you make a download of the 'Species list' format, the resulting download only use the old GBIF identifiers and not the new XRCoL ones, even after choosing CoL as a taxonomy: https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/download/0005186-260623161305970

They should use the CoL ones if that was the chosen taxonomy
