Allow to not "detect conflicts" between local sources and default org

The new behavior is very slow, and frankly most of us don't need it.

We can disable the poll interval by setting 0, but at startup it makes EVERYTHING dramatically slow :'(

Please can you add a checkbox here in the settings to simply disable it ?

Note: I know we can disable source tracking, but it's not a solution as we need source tracking to retrieve updates :/
