[feature Request] exclude a genre

Could it be possible in a future release to exclude a genre (instead of including all the other genres except this one) ?

This feature is in my ToDo list but I do not know when I will be able to work on it:

Currently I am thinking of the following syntax:

genres = Rock, -J-Rock, -Visual Key

The "minus" in front of a genre name means "exclude", so in my previous example it means I want Rock music (with all Rock subgenres), except J-rock (and its own subgenres) and except Visual Key (and its subgenres).
