[Bug]: Replay Offset Display leaks to non-Replay Screen

What operating system are you seeing the problem on?

Windows

Bug Behavior

The Replay Offset Display option somehow affects the normal gameplay started from hitting RestartGamplay until going back to ScreenSelectMusic, instead of it only being shown in replay screen.

Expected Behavior

No offset bars from the last play at all in normal ScreenGameplay

Reproduction Steps

1. Make sure Advanced Options > Replay Offset Display is on
2. Play a score until ScreenEvaulation appears
3. Hit RestartGameplay
