Problem
Internal page links resolve across open notebooks, but section targets and links to specific objects or paragraphs are not fully supported. Such links can open only the containing page, remain unresolved, or lose the intended scroll target.
Acceptance criteria
- Section links select the correct source and section.
- Stable object and paragraph anchors navigate and scroll to their target.
- Duplicate IDs use deterministic source-scoped resolution.
- Missing and ambiguous targets remain visible and produce useful diagnostics.
- History records resolved destinations without reopening closed sources.
- Synthetic fixtures cover cross-notebook, renamed, missing, and duplicate targets.
