Cancellation notifications don't work very well.

I have successfully integrated the Telegram and e‑mail notification system, and all integration tests are passing. However, when subscription‑expiry notifications are triggered, I do not receive any alerts via Telegram or e‑mail. I can just trigger cancellation notifications manually under cronjobs menu. What am I supposed to do for automatic notifications?
