Subscription Discovery (or automated onboarding)

I found this tool on a Reddit thread. I didn't do a ton of research but installed it. I was under the (mistaken) impression that this tool did automatic subscription discovery. When I saw a form to enter subscriptions I did some research and realized that it seems I have to manage my subscriptions manually. The thing is, if I could manage them, I wouldn't need a platform. Have I missed something? I get that maybe the work hasn't been done to connect to banks (I get it, banks suck) but is there a way to upload statements or transactions and have subscriptions identified?
