Blocked user profile shows "Blocked following" button

There is a logic bug to select button labels when blocking the following user.

Hey @shuuji3 what's the correct behavior for this? Is this supposed to by just "Blocked"?

@ayo-run Sorry, it was a bit too short description. Yes, the expected label is "Blocked" since that follow should be removed when the user blocks the account. I guess there's some missing conditions.

Ah no worries, I'm collecting small things to work on. This seems good for a small PR. But also good to clarify if someone else wants to work on it :) Marking it as a good first issue...
