Warn user if apple intelligence is not activated in settings?

Apple Intelligence must be enabled

Users need to opt-in via System Settings first

Can we test this by turning it off and trying to use the tool?

@eonist When Apple intelligence is turned off, the user gets "Error: Apple Intelligence is not currently available. Please try again later." message in the terminal itself.

It does mention that Apple Int is not available, but if we get this issue reported often, we can wrap it inside a clearer error message.

No one reported it. Just saw it in some research I did on the next version. Yes, Maybe add "please enable Apple Intelligence in system preferences" etc. In a future release. (Not critical now)
