configuration, runtime code, frontend code, launcher code, tests, and
developer tooling in this repository, except for materials covered by
LICENSE-CONTENT.md, TRADEMARKS.md, or separate third-party license notices.

2. Non-Commercial Permission

Subject to this license, you may use, copy, modify, run, study, and distribute
the covered software for personal, educational, research, evaluation, and other
