The current version of the training code relies on the key template_e_value, and the downloadable training data has this key as well. However, this key is not produced when running homo_search.py to create the *.feature.pkl.gz file, at least not with the default settings. The provided example_data/pdb_features/8d27_A.feature.pkl.gz also does not contain this key.
Is this a bug, or can the key be created by changing settings?
