Alternate use of Snip

Does anybody know how to use Snip to have the text file be displayed in Windows taskbar? I've been using it in OBS to detect and output the Spotify credits of the currently playing song and looking to do the same thing in my Windows taskbar. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
