fix(ci): resync pnpm-lock.yaml and commit workspace manifests on scheduled dep updates (#448)

Scheduled benchmark workflows run 'pnpm -r update', which rewrites
dependency specifiers in every workspace package.json as well as
pnpm-lock.yaml. The commit step only staged the root package.json, so the
lockfile ended up recording specifiers (e.g. @types/node ^20.19.43) that
don't match the committed manifests (^20.0.0). Any consumer installing
with --frozen-lockfile then fails with ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE — this
broke the benchmarks-sandbox-cpu-burst scheduled run today.

- Regenerate pnpm-lock.yaml so importer specifiers match package.json
- Stage packages/*/package.json alongside the root manifest and lockfile
  in the five result-commit workflows so the tree stays consistent
