Random feature proposal: use scheduled actions to ensure icons and urls resolve for non-defunct lists?

I think this would be useful, the main downside being that this would disallow even small maintence windows for lists. Is there some way to persist state across action runs in order to idk provide up to 5 days?

Data can be cached by the action for up to 90 days.

Disagree bc cloudflare. This proposal would likely break top.gg and other lists which use cloudflare on their URLs
