Minors Table

Objective

Description: Change the routing for minors to go to a separate table for AWS. You should also make sure that after frontend is done the new routing you made works. Also when I say change the routing, I mean make sure ONLY the following is sent:

• email (String)
• Chaperone E-Signature (School)
• Date Signed (Chaperone) (School)
• Date Signed (Minor)
• Date Signed (Principal) (School)
• Date Signed (Terms)
• E-Signature (Terms)
• Guardian E-Signature (Chap)
• Guardian E-Signature (Minor)
• Guardian Name (Chap)
• Guardian Relationship (Chap)
• Name (Terms)
• Principal E-Signature (School)

I already have the tables created for prd, dev, stg they are called:

• minor-prd-waiver-forms
• minor-stg-waiver-forms
• minor-dev-waiver-forms
