Not support: UUID, DateTime, Decimal

Hi team,
Currently when view space contain any columns dataype UUID, DateTime, Decimal will error like First argument to Stream::create() must be a string, resource or StreamInterface.
I think may related this Messagepack Extension Messagepack Extension

@nekufa For reference, UUID and Decimal are supported by the client (https://github.com/tarantool-php/client/tree/master/src/Packer/Extension), so it shouldn't be much work to add support for these two?
