HDMI Splitter with CEC Passthru, HDR & HDCP compliant and downscaling option $69

was about to give up on my backlight cuz i couldnt find a HDMI splitter with CEC passthru, that wasnt $200 bucks, so i can use one remote with my Apple TV. Then i found this at of all places the hardware store.

I think I understood 4:4:4 isn't really an improvement for TV? It just makes text sharper? Most stuff is mastered @ 4:2:2?
