"Trenches", "AsyncSwap", and trenches.sh are trademarks of AsyncSwap Labs, Inc. The
AGPL grants rights in the code; it grants no rights in the marks. You may fork,
modify and redistribute this software, and you may say your work is derived from
Trenches — but a fork may not present itself as Trenches, use the name or logo as
its own identity, or imply that AsyncSwap Labs, Inc. published or endorses it.

COMMERCIAL SERVICES

Commercial services offered by AsyncSwap Labs, Inc. — hosted RPC endpoints, analytics,
AI models and similar — are independent services that communicate with this
software over a network API. They are separately licensed and are not covered by
this repository's license unless explicitly stated.

The AGPL covers the bot: this source and any modified version of it. It does not
reach through an API boundary to cover an independent service on the other side.

THIRD-PARTY CODE

This software builds on other people's work, each under its own license, which
applies to their code and not to this one. `cargo tree` lists the full set.

Brand marks shown in the interface — Uniswap, Solana, pump.fun, Robinhood,
pons.family — belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify
the venue being traded.
