For the control sample, so not treated, I run the pipeline until the mapping, resulting in a .Sam file of 400mb. Then, I do the off-target site candidates entering under - -target_sequence and empty string (“”), as reported in the instruction. However, the resulting .txt is empty…could that be? Any idea.
