# Vendored third-party dataset (ADR-0046) — byte-exact or worthless.

# `cahyadsn/wilayah` together with the sha256 of every byte
# (`checksums.sha256`, `manifest.json`, and the test that recomputes both).
# `db/wilayah.sql` upstream uses CRLF line endings while its siblings use LF;
# any EOL normalisation on checkout/commit would silently change those bytes and
# make every recorded checksum wrong — turning a provenance record into a lie
# that reads like a passing gate. Marking the subtree `binary` disables EOL
# normalisation (and diffing) for it entirely.
