Refuses to load Main Menu

Will not load past this point, log only pointing to nondescript dlls being missing and spitting errors repeatedly

I've tried restarting, reinstalling and verifying and still refuses to co-operate.
Very likely I'm just missing something incredibly trivial so I apologise if that is the case.
