Publish to CA store

I've been doing research into how this could be published to the CA store and here is what I've found:

1. it seems a new repository on github will need to be created, the repository will store the .xml file (what unraid uses to define docker templates and plugin templates).
2. I found the xml file that the original plugin used
3. I also found this old post which describes how to format the xml file and what each part of it does.
4. As for actually getting it published to the CA store so anyone can use it, heres what I found: a post from ibracorp on publishing a docker container (which Squid has replied to) even though it is focused on docker apps, I would imagine the process would be extremely similar if not the same

This is everything, that I've found so far. I hope it can help in getting this published to the CA store (whenever you wish to do so). I am willing to help out some more with research if you need.
