Profiles instead of rules

Hello, I just started toying with this, and it is amazing.
I'm wondering if rules and assignments are the way forward.

What if instead of rules and assignments we had profiles.
For instance, in some scenarios, I want everything running on CCD1 and CCD0 only for a game, or maybe I'm gaming but also doing stuff on the side, or playing 2 games, so only these 2 on CCD0, with specific cores, rest of system on CCD1.

Honestly, I kinda like it.
It'd have to be done in a way to extend the way the Rules currently works, not replace it. I definitely don't want it making the tool more complex for simple use.
So then a Profile would still contain Rule Templates and Program Rules, as to not break everyone else's workflow (including mine).

If then there'd also be some way to automatically switch which Profile is active, like by detecting that one or more certain executables are running, it'd also provide the solution to #42

I'm considering this as a "nice to have" though, so it'll probably be a good while until/if I get to it.
(Unless someone beats me to it with a PR? 👀)
