Removal of python digitization

C++ procedure is in place.
Needs some reorganization of the run_digi.

Things that should be done:

• Remove option for C++ digi, as it is now the default and only option.
• Remove python code
• Remove now redundant logic etc.
• Make sure the filenames are correct.
