Request for BLE Commands Needed to Read Measurement Data from K-Force Plate

Hello,
could you please clarify which BLE characteristic and which command(s) are required to start and receive measurement data streaming from the Kinvent K-Force Plate?

I am able to connect to the device and enable notifications, but without documentation I cannot determine the correct write command or data format needed to trigger measurement output.

Any guidance or minimal documentation would be greatly appreciated.
