I tested this model using the example image on the page, but it did not achieve the clear effect shown in the example. It's just that the image has been enlarged by 4 times, it's still blurry.

That's because your input image has been enlarged with nearest neighbor resizing. Scale it back down before upscaling

For the record, the model and its database entry check out: 4xNomos2_otf_esrgan.pth as served today hashes to exactly the recorded sha256 (6c16d8b2… / 33,686,030). The blurriness shown above is the nearest-neighbor pre-upscale issue described in the comment above — scaling the input back down before upscaling is the fix. Nothing is wrong with the model or its record.
