In my research I found that, normally, Steering Commitees (SC) hold decision power while Advisory Boards (AB) do not. Since the SC is the main decision making organ of the OEPFamily, the name is fitting. If we would swap it to AB it would be probably consufing, since normally AB advise the desion making organ of a project. If we would want to implement ABs we could name the Development Meetings ABs, which in turn would mean that all decisions made on that level have an advisory character and must be approved by the SC. But, since smaller decisions can be made in the dev meetings, the name is also not really fitting.
