Adjust subject in transcational (notification) emails

This would help a lot to customize the transactional email and personalize them when we would have a possibility to send the subject via API.

At the moment it's only possible to set them via UI in Notifuse, then it's static and used for every transactional email. But if you have for example a default notification, with a template assigned you want to have a dynamic subject.

Add a email_option.subject
