• Increased cooldown of the "Life Recovery" Attribute from 0.2s -> 0.5s
• Adjusted the Horse Pet and Skeleton Horse Pets into skulls instead of ridable mobs. Also gave them new perks
• Adjusted Tormentor:
• Reduced Final Destination Armor's crafting requirement from Enderman Slayer 4 -> 3
