test: resolve macOS tmpdir symlink in worktree specs and price a current model

The PR worktree fixtures built expected paths from the unresolved /var tmpdir,
while process.cwd() reports /private/var after chdir. models.dev no longer
lists claude-3-opus, so the live pricing test now uses claude-opus-4-5.
