Remove systemd dependency chroot

I'm on Artix trying to build packages in chroot but it fails with:
/usr/bin/arch-nspawn: line 69: systemd-escape: command not found
Since I use runit, it seems that I cannot build packages in a chroot.
Could paru be made init agnostic?
