In [!INCLUDEssRSnoversion_md] Report Designer in [!INCLUDEssBIDevStudioFull], the Report Data pane displays a hierarchical view of data objects that you can use in a report, including data sources, datasets, fields, parameters, and images. Data sources in this view can be embedded or references to shared data sources that are displayed in Solution Explorer.
- In Design view, on the View menu, select Report Data, or use CTRL+ALT+D.

Grab the title bar of the Report Data pane and start to drag the pane. Docking arrows appear on the design surface.

Drop the Report Data pane onto one of the arrows to dock the pane.
- Right-click the title bar of the Report Data pane and then select Dock as Tabbed Document.

Right-click the Report Data tab and then select Dock.
To toggle between the last two display states, double-click the title bar of the Report Data pane.
