Bug: UI unresponsive when in fullscreen mode

When the launcher enters fullscreen the UI elements react fine, but when alt-tabbing/PrntScreen/losing focus and returning, the UI elements no longer responds. Seems that it becomes responsive once more when windowed.

Steps:

1. Open up MafiaMP Launcher
2. If fullscreen, PrntScreen or click to another monitor to allow the game to minimize and lose focus
3. Open the Window again and observe that no buttons (including the 'X') are responsive

or

1. Open up MafiaMP Launcher
2. If windowed, Press Alt+Enter to enter fullscreen
3. Perform steps 2 and 3 from above
